  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thorax alongside excess fatty removed
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • For Tortillas
  • 10 6-inch circular tortillas
