Makeover Mexican-Style Loaded Baked Potatoes
Yield: 6-8 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes, scrubbed too pierced amongst a fork

  • 3/4 C salsa

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375. Place potatoes inward a shallow baking dish too bake for 30-40 minutes or until peel is crispy too centre is tender when pierced amongst a fork. Let stand upwards most five minutes or until cool plenty to handle.
