Crock Pot Pork Chops amongst Ginger-Apple Chutney
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
  • 2 bone-in pork chops (about 1 lb), trimmed of excess fat
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp seat down white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp seat down dark pepper
  • 1 C finely chopped apples
  • 1/4 C dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp brownish sugar
  • 1 tbsp apple tree cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp seat down ginger
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
  1. Pat pork chops dry out amongst newspaper towel. Sprinkle amongst salt, white pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, together with dark pepper.
  2. In a modest bowl, mix together apples, cranberries, onion, brownish sugar, apple tree cider vinegar, ginger, allspice, together with cinnamon.
  3. Place i pork chop inwards bottom of crock pot. Spoon one-half of chutney over the transcend of the pork chop. Place instant pork chop on top. Pour instant one-half of chutney together with whatsoever remaining juices over the top.
  4. Turn crock pot on low. Cook for 3-4 hours.
