- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 C granulated saccharide substitute
- 1/4 C maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 C banana puree
- 1/2 C non-fat evidently yogurt
- 1/4 C water
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 C mini chocolate chips
- For the Frosting
- 1/2 C no-stir natural peanut butter
- 1/3 C evidently non-fat yogurt
- 3 1/2 tsp granulated saccharide substitute (or to a greater extent than if y'all similar a sweeter frosting)
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x9 pan alongside non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, sift together flours, baking powder, baking soda, together with salt.
- In a pocket-size bowl, stir together saccharide substitute, maple syrup, vanilla extract, banana puree, yogurt, water, together with egg until well-combined. Stir moisture ingredients into dry out ingredients until combined. Stir inward chocolate chips.
- Spread batter into pan. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted inward the oculus comes out clean.
