• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2-3 tsp non-fat milk

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350. Place mini cupcake liners inwards mini muffin tin.
2. Combine whole wheat pastry flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, in addition to nutmeg inwards a medium-sized bowl. Set aside.
